Grilling With Barbecue Sauce

When you’re using barbecue sauce, you want to grill your meat until it is pretty close to being done before adding the barbecue sauce. Using it too early will cause excess burning.

Once you apply the sauce, you will want the flames to be lower, again to reduce burning.
