Grilling in the Winter

Filed under: Barbecue; Author: Bob Blick; Posted: December 15, 2006 at 12:34 pm;

Oh yeah. I don’t let old man winter stop me from grilling. No way.

When you have a gas grill, why would you only grill in the summer and spring? I have mine sitting on my deck right outside my door. When we get a snow storm, I make it a point to go outside and grill. It’s a blast.

Now be sute the grill is set up in such a way that the wind is not interfering and blowing out the flame. That not only gets a little irritating, it can make your meat a lot less juicy.

Bummer!

But I’m telling you. Barbecue in the winter months - you don’t know what you’re missing if you don’t.
