		<description>Soak the hickory chips thoroughly, then allow them to sit for awhile so they are not dripping. Place in aluminum foil and poke some holes in the foil. Set on the grate ahead of time on the heat until the smoke begins appearing, then add your meat and cook as usual. 

As to the comment on buying steaks, the steak houses may have that advantage but you can buy a delicious steak and marinade it or add a rub and get steak house quality on your grill. It is going to cost a bit more and a butcher can be your best friend. You&#039;re going to pay more for that steak at the steak house so endulge. Don&#039;t kid yourself. You can grill a steak every bit as good as they can.</description>

		<description>Buying from a butcher shop is a bit pricey,I buy from kroger&#039;s I get porterhouse&amp;ribeyes on special at a reasonable price.As for steak houses,the chains buy from one of a half doz.venders who soak them in tenderziers,so unless you dine at a 5 Star steak house,your advice is all wet,no offence.
