Grilling Hamburgers

  • They don’t cost a lot
  • They are easy to grill
  • Almost everyone loves hamburgers
  • You can use frozen pattys so they are great for last minute meals

There is really not a whole lot of choice anymore when grilling burgers. For safety reasons, it’s recommended they are cooked thoroughly. If you are using a thermometer, Hamburgers made of ground beef should reach 160 °F.

There should be no red on the inside.

Before Grilling Meat

Always bring meat to a cool room temperature before you place it on the grill. If you take meats directly from the refrigerator and put it right on the grill, the meat may burn on the outside before the inside is cooked.
